Chemical chain combustion technology is a kind of advanced technology with low energy consumption,low pollution and high concentration of carbon dioxide,which is worth studying deeply by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to build a 300 MWth heat input,under the condition of pressurization,two kinds of coal combustion system model and coal direct chemical chain combustion combined cycle system?PCLC-CC?model.Analyze the coal indirect chemical combustible coal gasification system performance,indirect and direct coal combustion system performance of coal were analyzed comparatively,and the performance of direct chemical chain combustion combined cycle?PCLC-CC?coal was analyzed.Simulation results show that:?1?In the indirect chemical chain combustion system,the syngas produced by coal gasification is CO accounting for 41.5%,H2 for 38.5,CO2 accounting for 10.5%,CH4 for0.07%,H2O for 8.11%,N2 and other gases accounting for 1.32%.Indirect chemical chain combustion produced CO2 accounting for 69.73%of flue gas.Directly from the burning of flue gas chemical chain CO2 accounted for 84.8%,the optimum reaction temperature of the fuel reactor at about 950?.From the perspective of the chemical balance and phase equilibrium,reactor fuel pressure has little effect on system performance.?2?Indirect chemical chain combustion can react completely with the require of minimum body?Fe2O3?of carrying oxygen mass flow rate of 456.55kg/s,the minimum air mass flow rate of 70.50kg/s,direct combustion system in the chemical chain,minimum carrying oxygen body mass flow rate of 720.18kg/s,the minimum air mass flow rate of 137.43kg/s.?3?In the pressured coal direct chemical chain combustion coupling combined cycle system?PCLC-CC?,the gas turbine exhaust temperature of the fuel and air reactor side is560?and 568?respectively,the waste heat boiler exhaust smoke temperature is 99?and 105?respectively.The total output power of the system was 121.95MW,and finally the net efficiency of the whole PCLC-CC system was 40.65%and the capture rate of CO2 was 92.81%.
