Conductive polymers have a wide range of application prospects in robotics and biomedical fields.Membrane materials made of conductive polymers are an important part of constructing drivers that are electrically driven and have practical application value.However,due to the migration of ions and solvent molecules during the oxidation-reduction?doping-dedoping?process of the conductive polymer,the mechanical properties of the polymer are changed,and therefore,a high-performance conductive polymer driver is prepared.The material can be optimized in the preparation of the parameters of the formation of conductive polymers,using the conductive polymer in the preparation of the reaction mechanism and electrochemical mechanical deformation to build the drive.Conductive polymers as an ionic electroactive smart material with potential for development are still in the research stage.In this paper,the three-layer polymer polypyrrole?PPy?as the research object,based on the preparation mechanism of the driver,for the homemade PPy to study the optimal parameters of its preparation and electrochemical properties of the material.The main research content of this article is:?1?Metal ions were plated on the base material by magnetron sputtering and ion implantation techniques,and the influence of copper-tin alloy ions on the preparation of PPy was analyzed.The ion implantation of the PVDF membrane on the substrate material improves the surface bonding force,and the magnetron sputtering metal ions increase the conductivity of the polymer layer.?2?By formulating a reasonable deposition process,PPy with good compactness,which can work both in solution and in air,was prepared,the working principle of PPy was analyzed,and the bending deformation characteristics were measured using an electrochemical workstation.In combination with the orthogonal test scheme,the pyrrole concentration,polymerization time,current density,polymerization temperature and other parameters in the preparation process were changed,and PPy prepared under different parameter combinations was obtained.?3?Self-built displacement test platform is used to apply low voltage?12V?to the driver under different voltages and measure the displacement at the top as a comparison to obtain the optimal parameter combination of orthogonal test.The greatest factor influencing the PPy displacement performance is the current density.The optimal combination of process parameters is:A3B1C3D2.That is,the current density can be selected as 0.15 mA/cm2,the pyrrole concentration is 0.1mol,and the polymerization temperature can be used due to the small effect-25-35°C temperature,polymerization time can be selected 10 h.?4?In order to make the PPy material truly applied to the actual system,the physical and chemical properties of the prepared PPy were studied,and the redox characteristics of the homemade PPy were analyzed using electrochemical cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and step response.The ion diffusion process,the impedance characteristics of PPy,and the current response,established an electro-chemical-mechanical conversion model and analyzed the equivalent circuit.
