3D printing technology is a new technology covering many subject areas such as computer science,material science and manufacture.It forms the physical objects by using some special materials and pasting selectively layer by layer;Which is known as "the third Industrial Revolution " of the core technology.3D printing mainstream technologies include FDM,SLA,LOM,DLP,3DP and so on.3D printing materials mainly consist of engineering plastics,photosensitive resins,rubber materials,metal and ceramic materials,etc.;In addition,the color gypsum,artificial bone meal,and sugar and other food materials are also took into consideration..The 3D printing technology adopted in this paper is FDM.Whose advatage is in no laser,lower requirements on the equipment,easy to use and maintain,and lower cost.A variety of materials are available for 3D printing.Among them,the two main types of plastic is ABS and PLA.The former’s performance is excellent,but there are obstacles in the accuracy of printing,printing process odor,and non-biodegraded.PLA is a green biodegradable plastic,non-toxic,non-polluting preparation process,but its toughness and ductility is poor.Aiming at the defects of low mechanical strength and poor structural performance of 3D printing materials,nanofibers are used as the reinforcing phase of 3D printing substrate to determine the recipe of FDM forming wire.Nanocellulose was prepared by TEMPO / Na Cl O / Na Br oxidation system.The preparation of nanocellulose and PLA were blended to produce reinforced PLA wire,which is used to produce the target wire through the twin-screw extruder.FDM printer printed a specific shape whose mechanical properties were measured then determined the mechanical properties.A set of reinforced PLA filaments prepared by glass fibers and PLA blends is as a control group.The results showed that the PLA silk materials were prepared by blending of nano-cellulose and glass fiber in the PLA with the FDM printing technology,the strength of the anti-impact strength of the enhanced PLA silk material is 34% to 60% higher than that of pure PLA silk,and the tensile strength is 43% to 52%,the strength of anti-impact strength of glass fiber reinforced PLA silk material increased by 13% to 35%,and the tensile strength increased by 54% to 61%.
