Comparedtothetraditionalmethodofsynthesizing p-phenylenediamine,photocatalytic technology with the concept of green chemistry has been proven to possess the advantages of simple reaction process,high selectivity,low cost and the ability to convert light energy into chemical energy.However,the low photocatalytic reduction efficiency of 4-nitroaniline has limited the development of the technology in this field.On the other hand,the use of sacrificial agents is still required in the photocatalytic reduction process.Therefore it is highly desirabe to use the photoelectrocatalytic technology to solve this problem through the rational design of photoelectrode.The main work is as follows:?1?CdS nanowires co-modified with Zn2+doping and carbon quantum dots were synthesized by a solvothermal route and a simple physical adsorption method.The results obtained show that the reduction of p-nitroaniline only needs 6 minutes with reaction efficiency of more than 99%under the irradiation of visible light in the presence of ammonium formate as the sacrificial agent.This is the first time that p-phenylenediamine was synthesized by CdS nanowires co-modified with metal ions and nonmetal cocatalyst.The present work provides a new idea for the preparation of p-phenylenediamine.?2?ZnCdS microspheres with different Zn2+doping concentrations were synthesized through Zn2+exchange reaction,using CdS-DETA nanosheets as precursors.The results obtained show that when the amount of Zn2+doping is 15%,Zn0.15Cd0.85S microspheres assembled from nanosheets possess the best photocatalytic performance.It was found that the reduction of p-nitroaniline could be completely converted into p-phenylenediamine within 4.5 minutes over the as-synthesized Zn0.15Cd0.85S photocatalysts.?3?CuInS2/CdS/MoSx photoelectrode was prepared by sequential solvothermal reaction,water bath deposition and solvothermal load.With the use of CuInS2/CdS/MoSx photoelectrode as photoelectric catalyst,in0.1 M of Na2SO4 electrolyte solution,the photoelectrocatalytic reduction of p-nitroaniline can be completely achieved within 5 hours.This work is the first application of photoelectrocatalytic technology in the field of synthesis of aniline,which provides a new pathway for the green synthesis of aromatic amines.
