At present,composite materials of polymer calligraphy and painting on the market are mainly crayons,oil pastels and so on,The clothing industry also uses a large number of tailor's chalk with composite polymer painting materials as clothing cutting and scribing.The traditional calligraphy and painting materials have some shortage,such as these written traces cannot be erased,and feel not smooth,it is not easy to colorate on the board with little roughness,color is not uniform and poor covering power,in addition,the use inorganic mineral pigments with heavy metals.Fluoranthene dye is an environmental friendly dye without azo group and heavy metal content.It meets the requirements of environmental friendliness,no waste and degradation,and it can be washed away by water.In this paper,painting fluorane dyes instead of inorganic mineral pigments to produce fluorane oil pastel with large quantities in the market,and by changing the wax to fat ratio,palm oil accounting,talcum powder accounting in order to explore the influence of thermal properties,discoloration of water rubbing properties,mechanical properties and smooth properties on fluoran oil pastel,therefore,the best formula of fluorane oil pastel is determinedChapter 1: The environmental protection and Erasable of calligraphy and painting pen are the hot topics nowadays.The development of polymer calligraphy and painting pen materials is also developing rapidly with the development of material chemistry.This chapter summarizes the development and classification of calligraphy and painting pen,and introduces the main classification and materials of polymer calligraphy and painting pen in detail,and puts forward the research significance and main research content.Chapter 2: In this chapter,we replaced inorganic mineral pigments with fluoran dyes and changed the ratio of emulsified wax to cocoa butter replacer to prepare the fluorane oil pastels,and the performance test is carried out respectively.The results show that: the test of thermal properties is best when the ratio is greater than or equal to 4: 6;The color fading time was moderate when the ratio is 40%,60%,70%,80%,90%;The flexural load performance is the best when the ratio is greater than or equal to 40%;Smooth properties is the best when the ratio is 40%-50%.In summary,the all properties are best when ratio of emulsify wax to cocoa butter replacer is 4:6.Chapter 3:In this chapter,we replaced inorganic mineral pigments with fluoran dyes and changed the palm oil accounting to prepare the fluorane oil pastels,and the performance test is carried out respectively.The results show that thermal properties is best when the ratio is less than or equal to 30%;The color fading time was moderate when the ratio is 5%-25%;the flexural load performance is the best when the proportion is 5%-15%;when the ratio is 15%-30%,smooth properties is best.In summary,the all properties are best when the accounting of palm oil is 15%.Chapter 4: In this chapter,we replaced inorganic mineral pigments with fluoran dyes and changed the talcum powder accounting to prepare the fluorane oil pastels,and the performance test is carried out respectively.The results show that thermal properties is best when the ratio is 10%-25%;The color fading time was moderate when the ratio is 5%-20%;the flexural load performance is the best when the ratio is 15%,20%,30%,35%;when the ratio is 40%-50%,smooth properties is the best.In summary,the all properties are best when talcum powder accounting is 15%.According to the results of the second,third and fourth chapters,the all properties are best for fluorane oil pastels when ratio of emulsify wax to cocoa butter replacer is 4:6,the accounting of palm oil is 15%,talcum powder accounting is 15%-20%.
