Aqueous emulsion/suspension electrospinning is a kind of green electrospinning,which has a wide range of application in the field of biomedicine,but has few application in other fields.In this paper,the emulsion/suspension electrospinning was used to prepare TiO2 nanomaterials to establish the combination of emulsion/suspension electrospinning and TiO2 preparation,and the application of emulsion/suspension electrospinning in the preparation of inorganic nanomaterials was realized.In this paper,multi-morphology spinnable films was obtained by adjusting the ratio of PS/PVA in the spinning solution.And the reasons for the formation of various morphologies were analyzed.Three morphologies of titanium dioxide nanostructures were obtained using these films as a template.Tetrabutyl titanate is easily hydrolyzed in water and is difficult to spin in an aqueous medium.In this experiment,tetrabutyl titanate was adsorbed into PS/PVA composite fiber which prepared by oil-in-water emulsion/suspension electrospinning by soaking and then calcined to obtain specific structure of nano-titanium dioxide.The TiO2 was analyzed through XRD,SEM,XPS,FI-IR and other characterization methods.The results showed that the spherical TiO2 has the largest specific surface area and the specific surface area of fibrous form TiO2 is smallest,but the difference was not significant,and the difference in catalytic activity was also small.The factors affecting catalytic activity,such as calcining temperature,calcining time,and air atmosphere were analyzed for the stability and high yield of fibrous TiO2.It was found that the catalytic activity of TiO2 was highest when calcined at 450? for 60 minutes in air atmosphere,which is mesoporous materials,mixed crystal structures of anatase and rutile.In this system,the catalytic activity of TiO2 is improved by doping and modification.There are mainly two ways:the template is doped with graphene oxide and the doping solution is doped with sodium phosphate.Graphene oxide partially reduces to reduced graphene oxide under heating condition,which can enhance the electron transfer and inhibit the increase of the photocomposite realization activity of photoelectron holes.The effect of sodium phosphate is mainly to increase the surface hydroxyl density and reduce the particle size of TiO2 to achieve enhanced activity.
