The steady simulation of chemical process has been widely applied in industrial production process.However,the change discipline of dynamic behavior when disturbing happens and how to overcome harmful external disturbance have always been the problems that chemical industries need to troubleshoot,and the considerations of dynamic simulation as well.In this paper,the development and research of dynamic simulation system,with an annual production of 100,000 tons of benzene extractive distillation for Qingyang Petrochemical Process,has important application.In this article,according to the PID and PFD,the current production data and instrument information of 100,000 tons/year benzene extractive distillation of QingYang petrochemical.After a sufficient study,the dynamic material balance,energy balance and fluid flow model for different equipments and pipe nets were established.On the basis of those,the dynamic models have been built,such as:the distillation column,the extractive distillation column,multi-phase storage tank,pump,heat exchanger,etc.Then,for the whole process,the simulated DCS and on-site process flow diagram were drawn.And the control system configuration work was completed.After that,according to the needs of current dynamic process,the adjustment and optimization of the PID parameters of the automatic control instrument and the overall operation and testing of dynamic simulation software were completed.Finally,the dynamic simulation software was developed with the help of the PSSP platform in East Simulation.The simulation results show that the dynamic simulation system is stable and easy to operate,and the error between the dynamic simulation result and the deviation between simulation results and design values is less than 3%.The operators believe that the dynamic simulation software not only achieved development requirements,but also can be used to guide the practical production and the research of dynamic behavior by extensively testing and comprehensive evaluation as well.
