Construct the Soil Microbial Fuel Cell(SMFC)Using Petroleum Contaminated Soil as Fuel,and through three aspects optimize the SMFC include electrode materials,anode arrangement,anode modified.Graphite felt,carbon felt,carbon cloth,graphite paper and aluminum sheet as anode,the stability voltage of SMFCs were 346±5 mV,255±5 mV,192±5 mV,130±5 mV and 300±5 mV,respectively,and the maximum power density were 24.0 mW/m2,12.6 mW/m2,9.1 mW/m2,4.5 mW/m2,and 18.2 mW/m2,respectively.After running 115 days,the degradation rate of TPH,anthracne,phenanthrene and pyrene in SMFC with graphite felt as anode were 59.14%,61.65%,58.05%,and 55.92%.Microorganisms are enriched on the anode,and there are major differences in microbial community characteristics of different anode materials.Stainless steel mesh,carbon cloth,graphite paper,carbon felt and aluminum sheet as cathode,the stability voltage of SMFCs were 1151±5mV,305±5mV,144±5mV,230±5mV,24±5mV,respectively;the maximum power density were 2.5 mW/m2,18.9 mW/m2,4.7 mW/m2,11 mW/m2 and 0.15 mW/m2.After running 115 days,the degradation rate of TPH,anthracne,phenanthrene and pyrene in SMFC with carbon cloth as anode were 55.21%,57.48%,54.42%and 52.17%.According to the research results of this time,the best anode and cathode materials were graphite felt and carbon cloth,respecatively.The stability voltage of SMFCs with single and double layer anode were 417±5mV,445±5mV,and the maximum power density were 17.25mW/m2,22.63mW/m2.Anode horizontal and vertical arrangement,the stability voltage were 643±5mV,334±5mV,and the maximum power density were 20.1 mW/m2,8.2 mW/m2.After running 80 days,the degradation rate of TPH,anthracne,phenanthrene and pyrene in SMFC with horizontal anode were 41.50%,43.62%,40.67%and 35.65%.The experiment results indicate that multilayer anode horizontal arrangement can improved SMFCs performance and enhanced treat depth.Bentonite-Fe and Fe3O4 were used to modify anode,the stability voltage of SMFCs were 324±5mV,2499±5mV.The maximum power density were 29.98mW/m2?18.28mW/m2,and increased by 182.83%,72.45%than unmodified SMFC.The removal rate of TPH,anthracne,phenanthrene and pyrene in SMFC with bentonite-Fe modified anode were 31.42%,36.62%,32.48%,26.24%,respectively.The performance of bentonite-Fe is better than F3O4.
