At present,the newly built delayed coke tower is built for two of the largest coke towers in the country.In order to meet the safety of the earthquake,the interaction between the equipment and the structure should be studied to carry out the corresponding structural design in order to study the effect of this effect.According to the seismic time history response analysis of the single point structure system,the decoupling floor spectrum and the amplification factor of the dynamic action of the equipment are obtained respectively.Because the decoupling floor spectrum is suitable for solving the seismic action of the equipment with a mass ratio less than 1%,this paper is based on the formation of the floor spectrum and the power action of the equipment according to the generation process of the second generation floor spectrum.Large coefficient,under the consideration of the coupling effect of the equipment quality,the amplification coefficient of the equipment is corrected,and the acceleration magnification coefficient curve of the floor equipment under the different mass ratio under the interaction of the equipment structure is taken into account.According to the magnification coefficient of different mass ratios,the following conclusions are drawn:1)with the increase of mass ratio,the amplification coefficient of equipment considering the interaction of the equipment is less than the interaction of the amplification factor of the equipment,and the period of the peak value of the magnifying coefficient appears at the same time,and the less obvious the platform section of the curve is.2)When the mass is relatively large,it can be divided into two segments:the platform segment and the falling section from the.original three segment curve approximation.When the quality of the equipment is less than the integer.studied,the interpolation method can be used to determine the equipment.At the same time,in order to ensure the safety of the equipment,for the equipment with a mass ratio greater than 100%,it is suggested that the peak value is no longer reduced according to the value of 100%In order to study the interaction between the coke tower and the structure in the engineering background,the steel frame part is equivalent to the load,and the corresponding SAP2000 model is established.Under this model,the dynamic time history analysis is carried out to get the acceleration of the floor of the equipment.The center of mass of the equipment is obtained and the center of mass of the equipment is obtained through the proposed value of the large coefficient of the equipment in the single point system.The acceleration magnification coefficient of the floor is multiplied by the two,and the acceleration of the center of mass is obtained,and the corresponding shearing force and bending moment at the foundation bolt are calculated.In order to study the practicability of the simplified method,the overall dynamic time history analysis of the whole structural system model of the coke tower body,concrete frame and steel frame is carried out.The amplification coefficient of the seismic action of the equipment,the internal force of the frame column at the anchor bolt and the simplified model are compared,thus the whole coke tower knot is obtained.The recommended values of the amplification factor of the equipment and the corresponding calculation of internal force are recommended.
