At present,the domestic and foreign scholars on the mechanical properties of concrete and the antifreeze performance has carried out many experiments and made great achievements,but in view of the maowusu desert sand concrete antifreeze performance test research reported less.This paper designed the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment,using poor and variance analysis,to explore the water-binder ratio,fly ash,sand ratio and dosage of desert sand rate of substitution of desert sand concrete compressive strength and frost resistance performance of the optimal mixture ratio.The water/cement ratio unchanged,Further reveal and desert sand fly ash replacement on the desert sand concrete frost resistance performance influence law,based on every loss modulus after freezing and thawing,explore the dosage of fly ash and the desert sand replacement the best value.The main content of this article is as follows:1)Through 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal experiment design,water-binder ratio,fly ash,sand ratio and dosage of desert sand replacement different desert sand concrete compressive strength test,analysis of water-binder ratio,fly ash,sand ratio and dosage of desert sand replacement of desert sand concrete compressive strength are studied.The results showed that the water cement ratio,desert sand replacement rate and dosage of fly ash to compressive strength of concrete of desert sand effect is very significant,sand ratio of desert sand concrete compressive strength influence significantly;By poor and comprehensive analysis of variance,the optimal mixture ratio of the desert sand concrete compressive strength is obtained.2)Through 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal test,water-binder ratio,fly ash,sand ratio and dosage of desert sand replacement different desert sand concrete freeze-thaw test,analysis of different water-binder ratio,fly ash,sand ratio and dosage of desert sand replacement of desert sand concrete frost resistance performance are studied.?The test results showed that,with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles in the saline solution and water solution,the damage degree of the moving modulus showed an increasing trend.? In saline solution and in aqueous solution,Make use of the comprehensive score method,considering various factors determine the desert sand concrete optimal mixture ratio is A1B1C1D2,and the water/cement ratio 0.34,dosage of fly ash 10%,sand ratio 30%,desert sand replacement rate 30%.3)Based on the orthogonal test to determine the optimal mixture ratio,on the basis of water-binder ratio of 0.34.Through the design of different dosage of fly ash and the desert sand replacement of desert sand concrete antifreeze performance impact test,further reveal the content of fly ash and the desert sand replacement effect on the desert sand concrete frost resistance performance.Experimental results show that remain unchanged,the dosage of fly ash as desert sand replacement rate increases,the desert sand concrete loss modulus showed a trend of first increased after decreased,desert sand replacement rate 20%,loss modulus maximum;The desert sand replacement rate unchanged,with the increasing dosage of fly ash,desert sand concrete loss modulus showed a trend of first increased after decreased,dosage of fly ash 10%,the loss modulus maximum;the optimum dosage of fly ash and the optimal replacement rate of desert sand are 10%and 20%.
