| Ferromagnetic CrSiTe3 and antiferromagnetic CrPS4 single crystal were synthesized using flux method and chemical vapor transport method respectively. The crystals were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The magnetic properties and magneto-transport properties were characterized by the Superconducting Quantum Interference Device(SQUID)and Physical Properties Measurement System(PPMS).Above the Curie temperature, short range magnetic orders still exist in single CrSiTe3 and weak anti-localization phenomena was observed.Below the Curie temperature,as the effect of p-d interaction between Cr ions and Te elements,a positive magnetoresistance was observed under a high magnetic field. Two dimensional CrSiTe3 was very sensitive to the temperature and degenerated at 120 ℃ in an ambient atmosphere while remaining stable at 160 ℃ in a Ar atmosphere for half an hour. Two dimensional CrSiTe3 and CrPS4 devices were successfully fabricated using UV-lithography method and the sample was developed with a cold developer.Electric transport measurement showed that CrPS4 was insulator and CrSiTe3 become insulator when cooled to 200 K. |
