1.The article reports a method for preparing non-conductive organic nano fluorescent films using DC sputtering.The non-conductive organic small molecule nano fluorescent material was adsorbed on the grid material,grid and metal sputtering target together form a unitary structure.ER-I,ER-II fluorescent films were prepared by DC sputtering.The results show that the organic fluorescent nano-film prepared by DC sputtering still retains good fluorescence characteristics,and its fluorescence characteristics are significantly different from the powder materials.Compared with the powder material,ER-? film shows a bimodal peak and has a 5nm and 22nm blue shift,respectively.The number of fluorescence peaks of the ER-? film was the same as that of the powder material,but the peak shape was changed.An ER-II/ER-? laminate film was prepared by the same method,and the laminate film had a 70nm fluorescence emission peak plateau and its FWHM was about 115nm.When examining the relationship between thickness and fluorescence intensity of the film,it was observed that there was a oscillatory correlation,and it was speculated that there may be a combination of Au cluster and ER material.2.To investigate whether Au clusters were combined with ER-I,heat treatment experiments were performed on the prepared samples.After the same heat treatment process,the fluorescence emission spectrum of the composite film sample appeared a novel phenomenon.The fluorescence emission peak at 404 nm was significantly enhanced after heat treatment,indicating that there may be a product in which the Au cluster and the ER-I combine with each other in the composite film.The XRD analysis also confirmed our conjecture.We believe that there were some Au clusters in the film and the organic substances in the film are bound to each other under high temperature and grow into new crystalline structures.3.The Au/ER-? composite film was prepared by DC sputtering method.The ?-? characteristics of the film were investigated.When the gold film was gradually covered on the composite film,the resistivity of the composite film decreased gradually.At the same time,although the fluorescence intensity of the composite film decreased,it also remained at an obvious level.The prepared film has good ?-? characteristics as well as an obvious fluorescence response which has potential application value in the field of optoelectronic devices.
