With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for energy has increased sharply.The exploitation of fossil fuels,as an indispensable and important energy source,has become increasingly heavy and inferior.The increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,promoting the catalyst study for oil product with ultra-low sulfur and aromatics.Issued at the end of 2016,the automobile diesel fuels(6th stage)required the sulfur contents is not more than 10 ppm,while the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is not higher than 7%,which is much tighter than the fifth stage of diesel for automobile(11%).However,the traditional hydrodesulfurization catalysts have specific active limit value,which leads to the study upsurge for new hydrogenation catalyst.The main contents are:1.The model compound naphthalene was used to simulate the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the oil.The catalyst screening is accomplished by evaluating the hydrogenation product and life expectancy of the catalyst.The laboratory prepared and evaluated the nitride(Ni-Mo2N/Al2O3,Ni-Mo2N/SiO2,Co-Mo2N/Al2O3,Ni2Mo3N/Al2O3),phosphide(Ni2P/SiO2,Ni2P/Al2O3),Ni/Al2O3,and the new non-loaded Ni-Mo hydrogenation catalyst.The result showed that non-loaded Ni-Mo catalyst has obvious advantages in both hydrogenation active of naphthalene and longevity of catalyst.2.The non-loaded Ni-Mo catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The effects of crystallization time,metal molar ratio,different molecular weight and different content of polyglycol on the anti-sulfur hydrogenation properties of the catalyst were investigated in the preparation of catalyst by hydrothermal synthesis.Finally,the hydrothermal synthesis conditions of the catalyst were determined:the crystallization time was 5 h,the Ni-Mo metal mole ratio was 1,and the pore forming agent was PEG2000,which contents is 5 wt.%.3.After the preparation process conditions of the new non-loaded Ni-Mo catalyst were determined,the technological conditions of the anti-sulfur hydrogenation of the catalyst(temperature,pressure,LHSV,H2/oil)were investigated.Resultly,the catalyst under the following conditions:reaction temperature of 240 0C,pressure of 3.0 MPa,LHSV of 2 h-1,H2/oil of 600,performing better resistance to sulfur and hydrogenation activity.
