| Environmental protection acceptance for projects means after projects accomplished,the competent administrative department for environmental protection will hold an investigation and inspection to via background checking and onsite monitoring according to the "Regulation of environmental protection acceptance for projects"[1]to determine that weather the projects are qualified for environmental protection[2].The scope of environmental protection acceptance investigation includes two parts:1.Equipment used for environmental protection and related engineering or measures;2.All the methods and equipment which required in the "environmental impact statement" of the projects.With the progress of society,the development of economy and the continuous enrichment of industry,the content of environmental acceptance monitoring has changed rapidly due to the changes in all kinds of industries.Process improvements,environmental protection equipment updates,leads to great changes of the method environmental monitoring.All these technical updating are bound to have inevitable risks,these risks may affect the validity of acceptance monitoring results.And in the process of the coordinate the acceptance check,there are lots of implementations,there are many parts that need engineer from different department to cooperate with each other.The management risks in these processes often affect the timelines of the project and might even have risks causing money.Management methods must be used during the overall process.This study is based on the contents of risk management,analyzes the risk management of construction project environmental protection acceptance check.Then finally optain the result of risk management process about the whole acceptance check project.Applying the risk management process to the SXJH project,this paper establishes the data model with the actual project,obtains the real and effective evaluation result,and enhances the result of the acceptance monitoring work greatly.The research results of risk management for the completion of construction project environmental protection are as follows:1.Through brainstorming,the potential risks in the completion and acceptance work of construction project environmental protection are identified,and the results of the risk identification for this study are finally obtained through the discussion of several meetings.The main risks of completion and acceptance of construction project environmental protection are:natural risk:including precipitation during monitoring,snowfall,gale and other weather;technical risk:unreasonable monitoring scheme,monitoring point,frequency and other choices unscientific,sample analysis is unreliable;management risk:Lack of information,incorrect material,and coordination of equipment and personnel.2.Through the Delphi expert investigation method,combining the work experience and the questionnaire survey result data to establish the analytic hierarchy process data model,carries on the analysis to each risk item’s occurrence probability and the influence category and the influence degree to the completion acceptance work after the occurrence,obtains the risk analysis result;3.application AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process model,According to the weight value given by expert survey opinion,the data analysis is done to calculate the risk factors of various risk factors and the evaluation result of the total risk of the system.Based on the data obtained by the expert investigation method,the paper takes into account the evaluation of risk response plan by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),4.the feasibility and cost of the measures,and draws a reasonable and effective solution to the feasible risk response measures. |
