Study And Design Of The Recovery Process Of Butyl Alcohol Residue

This paper studied the butyl octyl alcohol residual liquid recycling process route,through the material balance and energy balance,get material flow diagram,through engineering design of construction drawing,finally provides a comprehensive recycling butyl octyl alcohol residual liquid package of the whole process.The recovery device of this residual liquid can reduce the environmental pollution,and it can be used to recycle butyl,butanol and octanol products.Using Aspen plus process simulation software to establish a preliminary process flow route,determine the separation process according to the number of such equipment,key components of the separation accuracy of segmentation scheme,each tower,four types of products(butyl aldehyde,butanol,octene aldehyde,octyl alcohol)process operation parameters of the yield.The paper details the determination of the design parameters of the main equipment involved in the process and the software or standard specification for the calculation of the equipment parameters.Among them,the Aspen plus process simulation software is used to calculate the theoretical plate number,tower height,tower diameter,packing height,packing type and packing section of the tower.Using Aspen plus process simulation software to combine with HTRI software,calculate the heat transfer equipment of feed preheater,product cooler,tower top condenser,tower kettle reboiler,etc.The return tank,separation tank and other storage tanks are calculated according to the calculation principle of HG/T20570 related equipment.The pump class is calculated according to the calculation principle of HG/T20570.According to the various equipment data and process process,the material flow chart,condition drawing,pipeline and instrument flow chart are designed in detail.According to the various equipment data and process process,the material flow chart,condition drawing,pipeline and instrument flow chart are designed in detail.The paper completed the whole contents of process design,equipment design,construction drawing design and process verification stage of butyl alcohol residual liquid recovery project,and provided a complete set of technology package for the recovery of butyl alcohol residue.Finally,the paper provides the actual operation data of the butanol residue recovery device and verifies the design contents in this paper.The rationality of the thesis work is obtained by comparing the data,and the shortcomings of the thesis design process are also found and optimized.
