Along with the national environmental pressure on NOX emission requirements,The pressure on environmental protection is further increasing.The importance of studying on the technology of flus gas denitrification in HuaLu-HengSheng 's new 480t/h coal fired boiler is more prominent.Aiming at the technical transformation of 480t/h coal fired boiler,the following researches will carry out in this paper.1.In the light of using coal species in the new 480t/h coal fired boiler,through technical comparison to determine the structure of the boiler,for the flue gas low NOx emissions to provide technical configuration direction;2.On the basis of analysing the problem of original 260t/h coal fired boiler low NOx combustion technology,researching in the low NOx combustion pulverized of new 480t/h coal fired boiler;trying the possibility of plasma oilless ignition device to replace the original fuel ignition mode,to eliminate the phenomenon of black smoke chimney drive stage.3.Research on preparation process of pulverized coal to create conditions for the application of low NOx Combustion Technology.4.Developping research and application of SCR denitrification technology in 480t/h coal fired boiler,To ensure the flue gas of the pulverized coal fired boiler meets the emission standard.
