Polyamide is also called nylon,and polyamide elastomers are superior to other kinds of elastomers because of their special intermolecular structure.At present,polyamide elastomers are monopolized by foreign enterprises on the market,and domestic market sales are still imported from abroad.This research is aimed at the synthesis process conditions and polymer properties of new polyamide elastomers,which has important practical application value.In this project,the novel nylon 1211 was used as the base material and polyether(polybutanediol 2000)was used as a block modification material to polymerized novel elastomers.The whole process conditions were discussed in the experiment.The results showed that the pH value of the nylon 1211 salt solution was 8,the temperature of 60 ? was 1 hour,and the refined nylon 1211 salt was obtained after the salt solution was filtered and dried.The elastomer material was polymerized by two steps polymerization.After polymerization,the pressure was released at 190 h 1.5 h after constant temperature,the polymerization temperature rose to 260 'C,and polymerized for 1 h in vacuum.The main properties of nylon 1211 and its modifier are analyzed in the following aspects.Firstly,a fitting calculation of the crystallization process of the polymer is performed.Nylon 1211 isothermal crystals are two-dimensional plate-like growth with a crystallization activation energy of ?E=-221.69 KJ/mol.The non-isothermal crystallization of the copolymer is divided into two stages.In the main crystallization stage,the crystal is a three-dimensional spherulite structure.In the subcrystallization phase,the crystals grow in one-dimensional fiber structures.The non-isothermal crystallization activation energy of series copolymers were-137 KJ/mol,-139 KJ/mol,-156 KJ/mol and-145 KJ/mol,separately.Secondly,the novel nylon 1211 has been successfully polymerized by FTIR and 1H NMR test.The crystal form of the WAXD test polymer is transformed from a like alpha crystal to the gamma crystal.The melting point of the DSC and TGA test polymer is 178? and 393 ? respectively,showing good heat resistance and thermal stability.DMA shows that the polymer has low temperature toughness.Mechanical properties and water absorption test show that polymers have excellent mechanical properties and low water absorption.Finally,the novel series of copolymer materials have been tested by TGA,DSC and DMA.The series of novel copolymer materials have well heat resistance,thermal stability and low temperature toughness.Through mechanical properties test,the flexibility of the copolymer becomes excellent with the increase of polyether.The water absorption of the modified polyamide elastomer is far below the regularly polyamide.
