The steady state and dynamic simulation of the rectisol process device with a capacity of 106310 Nm3/h is studied in this paper.Aspen plus is utilized to simulate the rectisol process.The temperature in this process ranges from-60?138 ? and the operating pressure ranges from 0.13?4.0Mpa.The activity coefficient method is only applicable to low pressure system,the general equation is difficult to describe the highly non-ideal system and the CPA thermodynamic equation is applicable to include hydrogen bonding energy and strong polar system.Therefore,this paper selects the CPA thermodynamic equations and performs a steady-state simulation of the whole process for the rectisol process.This paper optimizes the regeneration of methanol to increase the concentration of H2S from two aspects and improves the recovery of sulfur:1.Add a flash tank to the T06,then a part of the methanol solution flashing CO2 will enter the regeneration tower.2.Increase the flow of N2,then decrease the composition of CO2 entering the regeneration tower.The sensitivity of the methanol scrubber is analyzed,including the effect of the flow rate of the absorbent and the fraction of split flow on the absorption effect and the CO2 product gas.This paper carries on the dynamic simulation of this rectisol process,establishing the mathematical model of the rectification tower,the flash tank,the heat exchanger,and the pump of the absorption tower.The topology of the pipe network is used to connect the building process of each unit device module and the sequential block method is applied to solve the problem and obtain the final dynamic simulation results with debugging.The most important equipment of this process is the methanol scrubber.Therefore,the stability of the scrubber is tested,the influence of the fluctuation of the feed flow on the system is researched and the ability of the dynamic simulation system to resist disturbances is evaluated.
