The production of reclaimed rubber is the main way to deal with the pollution of the waste tires now.Due to the serious pollution and large cost of manpower,the traditional production process will be eliminated by the market.At present,many new production technology and equipment of enterprises are immature and there are many problems on them.Therefore,The new equipment should be improved to meet the needs of the market.After the waste rubber powder is desulphurized,it be refined to reduce the Mooney viscosity and improve the processing performance of products.Using screw extruder to produce reclaimed rubber is a new technology at present.In this paper,the flow field numerical simulation and experimental analysis of desulphurized rubber powder in continuous extrusion process of screw extruder are carried out,and the production technology of screw extrusion is improved.In this paper,model,make boundary conditions and mesh the 120 three screw extruder and 112 twin-screw extruder,using POLYFLOW software to do the numerical simulation on the desulfurization powder in continuous extrusion when the yield is 800kg/h,obtained the shear rate field and shear stress field distribution in their respective speed.and compare the date with the traditional refining machine flow data.The shear rate field and shear stress field and flow field 112 twin-screw extruder is near the refiner and the comprehensive shear capacity is better than the 120 three screw extruder.In the continuous extrusion experiments of two equpiments,compare the performance of different Mooney lowering effect of equipment and various products.Compare the surface condition and the density of the internal interface of the reclaimed rubber,the samples of mixed rubber and water stop belt of various equipment.Experimental results show that the lowering Mooney effect of 112 twin-screw extruder and refiner is better than three screw extruder,and the former's mixing rubber and rubber water stop belt have high surface smoothness and great internal compact dense.It indicate that the desulfurization powder has good refiner effect and high degree of refinement of reclaimed rubber products.Through capillary rheological experiment of reclaimed rubber products of different equipment,analyze different products of shear stress shear rate curves,character the size of internal crosslinking network and the damage of internal packing network in the refining process of different equpiments.Therefore,we can be used Mooney viscometer and capillary rheometer shear stress-shear rate curves to character of the processing performance reclaimed rubber comprehensively.In addition,elaborate the necessity of continuous extrusion of reclaimed rubber instead of refiner for screw extruder,which explains the significance of new technology in the development of reclaimed rubber industry and the construction of ecological civilization.
