In order to the pursuit of a colorful world,man invented dyes and paints..At the same time,Brilliant color and lasting purpose were achieved by adding a specific formula of organic matter and metal..But,during the use of dye and paint,a large number of lacquer slag appeared,in addition to the appearance of better-looking items.Because of the existence of the harmful substance,lacquer slag belongs to hazardous waste because it contains a lot of harmful substances.With the improvement of people's living standard,the amount of lacquer residue is increasing.But,there is no systematic research on the harm of lacquer slag in our country.Therefore,the main industry and pollution characteristics of lacquer slag production are deeply understood.And the health risk assessment and ecological risk assessment of lacquer slag are carried out.it is a great significance thing to the health,safety and ecological protection of employees through the collection of relevant data,investigation and sampling analysis of lacquer slag enterprises in Beijing.On the basis of summarizing the main industries of lacquer slag production and waste,this paper analyzed the characteristics of lacquer slag in automobile and parts manufacturing industry,printing industry,electronic equipment and component manufacturing industry.We found that there were many heavy metals and volatile organic compounds in lacquer residue by optical equipment and mass spectrometry.Among them,the content of nickel and chromium was more in lacquer residue of automobile and parts manufacturing industry,the maximum content of nickel and chromium was 1650 and 1530mg/kg,respectively.The alkanes,benzene series,alcohols and aldehydes were the main organic matter.Printing lacquer residue was arsenic,manganese,alcohols,ketones.The category and content of harmful substances were less in the manufacturing of electronic equipment and components.Environmental risk is divided into health risk assessment and ecological risk assessment according to the different evaluation objects.A four-step method was used to evaluate the health risk of employees of a hazardous waste disposal company in Beijing.The results showed that the lacquer slag existed health risk in the three industries,and automobile and parts manufacturing>printing>electronic equipment and component manufacturing.The major carcinogenic pollution factors were chromium and arsenic.The maximum carcinogenic risk values was 9.93 × 10-1 and 8.62 × 10-2,respectively.Organic matter(such as 1C 4-xylene),could cause non-carcinogenic risk with a coefficient of 1.01.The ecological risk of lacquer residue in three industries was analyzed by geological accumulation index method and potential ecological hazard index method.The results showed that the lacquer residue had ecological risk in the three industries.And the potential ecological hazard index was 1191,736,and 24.Among them,the contribution of cadmium and arsenic was great to ecological risk,the harm grade was above "strong",and cadmium was more harmful than arsenic.In short,the components of lacquer residue was complex and had strong health and ecological risks in Beijing.
