As the main component,CO2 greatly accelerates the effect of greenhouse effect on global climate.How to effectively control CO2 emission in industrial flue gas has been widely concerned.In recent years,using solar energy,water as hydrogen source,converting CO2 into chemical fuel can solve the energy crisis and reduce the greenhouse effect,which has aroused great interest among scientists from all over the world.This technology is low in energy consumption,low in cost and pollution-free,and it can be used to reduce CO2 emissions while reducing CO2 emission.It is a promising CO2 emission reduction and resource utilization technology.At present,the main problem of this technology is the low conversion rate of CO2 and low utilization rate of solar energy.These two indexes mainly depend on the electron hole of photocatalytic materials on the composite rate and the gap width.Therefore,it is the key to find the suitable photocatalyst for the low composite rate and the gap width.Using liquid chemical reduction method,this study selected copper sulfate as a former body,hydrazine hydrate and ascorbic acid as reducing agent,synthesis of cuprous oxide/titanium dioxide composite material,with the introduction of EDTA-2Na,make its adsorption on the surface of Ti O2,and subsequent copper ions to form complex again,through the secondary reduction make Ti O2 surface reduction to generate the cuprous oxide,thus the modified Ti O2.Characterizations of Cu2O/Ti O2 was carried out by XRD,XPS,TEM,UV-Vis,and BET.The absorption wavelength ranges from 200 nm to 400 nm,and the absorption wavelength range of the composite material changes from 200 nm to 800 nm,and the response of visible light is significantly higher than that of pure titanium dioxide.The photocatalytic performance of Cu2O/Ti O2 catalyst under different p H conditions was studied with water as hydrogen source and photoelectric catalytic system.The results show that the photocatalyst of Cu2O/Ti O2 has good photocatalytic performance.When the initial rate of CO2 was 20 m L/min,the maximum yield of methanol was 1.635mg/L.
