Curing refers to the appropriate temperature and humidity conditions provided for cement hydration and hardening.The lack of maintenance will affect the cement hydration degree,concrete shrinkage,anti-carbonization,anti-permeability,anti-freezing and thawing cycle,and the strength development of concrete.Therefore,in order to guarantee the normal hydration progress and supplement moisture evaporation,ultimately to reduce capillary porosity,inhibition of drying shrinkage and increase durability,the purpose of fully in the process of the early concrete curing humidity control cannot be ignored.With the improvement of concrete quality and performance requirements,the development speed of concrete quality and performance is faster than that of concrete curing effect evaluation method.Method to evaluate the existing concrete curing although each has advantages,but also in the process of evaluate the curing effect of some process such as testing requires destruction of specimen,complex operation,low precision test and test cost is high.Based on the change of moisture content of concrete surface resistivity of concrete is more sensitive,this topic proposed application surface resistivity testing early concrete moisture curing effect experiment research,this study could be used for practical engineering for surface resistivity testing concrete curing effect are proposed,and with the development of surface resistivity as a method of evaluation of concrete curing effect.Besides maintenance way,raw material,mineral admixtures,concrete temperature change itself,maintenance way,water cement ratio,concrete strength grade and other factors are likely to affect surface resistivity,and eliminate the interference between the influencing factors,this topic as raw materials,mineral admixtures,concrete temperature change,the maintenance mode impact on the surface resistivity of concrete is studied,the study found that: the change of fine aggregate type,changing the dosage of fly ash and slag powder change concrete temperature has a little influence on the surface resistivity of concrete;The most significant influence on the surface resistivity of concrete is the change of curing mode.Under different curing methods,concrete surface resistivity along with the growth of the growth trend of present different curing age,good moisture curing of concrete specimen surface resistivity change with age growth is relatively flat,inadequate curing and drying curing method,concrete specimen in the process ofcuring,the surface resistivity have been showed a trend of larger growth.In order to find out the application surface resistivity testing early concrete moisture curing effect of maneuverability,this paper choose the sprinkler natural drying curing after 7 d and 14 d sprinkler after natural drying curing of the concrete surface resistivity change with age curve for the analysis: if measured in 28 d curing age on the surface of concrete resistivity are located in below the curve area,the early concrete wet curing effect is good.
