Fluid catalytic cracking?FCC?is the main method of secondary deep processing of crude oil.Currently,With the crude oil quality becoming more and more heavy and serious,,the conventional FCC catalyst based on Y zeolite has been unable to adapt to the requirement of heavy oil cracking.HSY zeolites?silicon aluminum ratio?6.0,the particle size of200400 nm?not only have high activity,but also have good hydrothermal stability and high tolerance to rigor post-treatment.Thus it becomes to the research focus in the development of novel FCC catalysts.In this work,in order to investigate the influence of modification and shaping condition of HSY zeolite,we prepared series of catalysts including HSY-PLaUSY-E,HSY-PLaUSY-I and DUT-A.Their catalyst activities were evaluated by heavy oil micro-activity test and ACE test.The research result showed that:?1?HC03-LaUSY-E catalysts were prepared by ultra-stabilized treatment and lanthanum exchange based on HC03 with the framework SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 6.5.The conversion of heavy oil was 90.4%.After 3%phosphorus impregnated,the conversion of heavy oil and the gasoline yield of HC03-PLaUSY-E reached 92.3%and 57.2%,respectively.?2?HD01-LaUSY-E catalysts were prepared by ultra-stabilized treatment and lanthanum exchange based on HD01 with the framework SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 6.0.The conversion of heavy oil reached 92.6%.After 3%phosphorus impregnated,the gasoline yield of HD01-PLaUSY-E was 60.2%and the diesel and gasoline ratio was only 0.32.?3?HC03-LaUSY-I catalysts were prepared by ultra-stabilized treatment and lanthanum impregnated based on HC03?6.5?.The conversion of heavy oil was 98.9%.After 3%phosphorus impregnated,the conversion of heavy oil and the gasoline yield of HC03-PLaUSY-E increased to 99.1%and 61.7%,respectively.?4?A series of DUT-A catalysts were prepared with different binder addition under industrial amplification.The conversion of the heavy oil of cat-2 was 91.93%,the gasoline yield and liquid gas yield of cat-2 were 65.41%and 14.62%.?5?The conversion of the heavy oil of DUT-A catalysts was high than industrial agents between 3%and 7%,The light oil yield of DUT-A catalysts was high than industrial agents between 4%and 9%,The gasoline yield of DUT-A catalysts was high than industrial agents between 6%and 11%.
