In the concrete industry at present, fly ash has become an excellent admixture used in concrete and concrete products,it showed the characteristics of low hydration heat, good workability and durability etc.Based on the basic chemical properties and physical properties of fly ash,the characteristics of concrete with different fly ash under sulfate attack are studied.Sulfate accelerated erosion test methods was adopted in this study. The flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete were studied with different mixing ratio, different age, different number of erosion conditions, and XRD and SEM were amployed to analyze. The results show that the ?and ? level of fly ash for dating and shangdu and silica alumina ratio of that were 3.16,3.16,3.16 and 2.40,repectively;addition of different varieties, specifications and quantity of fly ash concrete specimens showed good ability to resist sulfate attack especially, comparing the test data with the compressive strength when compared with the blank group, concrete, fly ash concrete showed more significant advantages.Through the analysis of fly ash content and its chemical and physical properties, the mixing amount of the fly ash affects the corrosion resistance of fly ash concrete, grade I and II fly ash content of 25% is the best, more detailed, more high silicon aluminum ratio of fly ash to concrete strength and corrosion resistance becomes stronger, but compared to the coarse silicon aluminum ratio of small fly ash advantage is not obvious,by adding water reducer to reduce concrete water cement ratio, fly ash concrete exhibits more excellent corrosion resistance, providing a certain experimental basis which is to increase the low quality level of comprehensive utilization of fly ash in greater range.
