Coal is one of the important energy sources in our country and plays an important role in China's industrial production and people's life.In order to obtain efficient,pure coal resources,coal enterprises need to vigorously improve the efficiency of coal sorting and improve the quality of coal.In the process of heavy medium coal preparation,the measurement of magnetic heavy medium content has a profound effect on the coal sorting efficiency,it is very urgent to detect the result of magnetic heavy medium content measurement quickly and accurately.In the system,the principle of magnetic heavy medium content measurement was introduced in detail,and the measurement method of magnetic heavy medium content is studied.The phasor vector value measurement of sensor is measured by vector-based method based on the selection of sinusoidal signal as the excitation signal,to assure the measurement of magnetic heavy medium content;On this basis,the remote measurement of magnetic heavy medium content data based on TCP/IP protocol stack is realized.According to the overall design of the system,the hardware circuit and related software design were made.Finally,the system was tested by designing the relevant experiments.Through the test of the sensor performance,it is verified that measurement system can suppress the adverse effect caused by the internal resistance of the temperature change on the measurement results.The linear experiment shows that the measurement system satisfies the linear relationship by comparing the measured values and the actual values of magnetic heavy medium content.The data of magnetic heavy medium content could be monitored remotely by test program.It shows that the system can meet the requirements of accurate and rapid measurement of magnetic heavy medium content.Finally,it points out the insufficiency of system and the improvement of ideas,which lays the foundation for further research on the future subject.
