Due to the characteristics of concrete,it is easy to have various cracks in construction and use.In all kinds of cracks,the cracks caused by early age limited shrinkage are widely found in various concrete members.It not only influences the use of structure,but also causes the decline of structural durability.In the coastal environment,due to the erosion of harmful substances such as chloride ion,the existence of cracks poses a greater threat to the durability of concrete structures.In this paper,the structural characteristics of this type of fracture are investigated by means of engineering case study,formation mechanism analysis and finite element simulation.Based on the durability of concrete structure,the effect of early restraint shrinkage crack on durability of concrete structure was analyzed.In addition,the measures to detect and monitor the durability of cracks and the measures of durability of cracks were also studied,and the control measures of early shrinkage cracks were summarized.The research of this paper shows that the existence of early restricted shrinkage cracks has great influence on the durability of concrete structures in the coastal environment.Concretely,the existence of early restraint shrink cracks in the coastal environment will lead to the corrosion of the steel reinforcement in the concrete,which leads to the rapid decline of concrete durability.Through the analysis of mechanism of the shrinkage of concrete,combined with concrete humidity field theory,using the finite element software Abaqus to simulate the process on the drying shrinkage of concrete,this paper summarizes the concrete restricted shrinkage in concrete internal stress distribution of size and strain characteristics and the law of the stress field and humidity field changes over time.On the basis of summarizing and understanding the current control methods of early concrete cracks,a method for the early shrinkage crack of precast concrete members using the structure's own gravity control was proposed.
