The biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation of ranch fecal waste is a good liquid organic fertilizer.However,The low nutrient content and high water content of the original biogas slurry,At the same time,it containing a large number of living pathogenic bacteria such as parasite eggs and bacteria,it does not have the application value of commercial fertilizers.Therefore,commercial development of biogas slurry is important part for the biogas project to obtain new economic benefits.This article is based on the integrated technology of"Pressure Cycline Filtration+UF Rotary Membrane Separation+Reverse Osmosis Separation Technology".The Chemical Oxygen Demand(CODcr),Solid Suspended solids(SS),total inorganic and organic nitrogen(TN),Total phosphorus(TP),potassium ion content,and pH are taken as target parameters.The effects of centrifugal filtration pretreatment and pressure swirl pretreatment on the separation of biogas slurry were investigated.Using Spectrophotometer?X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(XRF)?Inductively Coupled Plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and others techniques to analyzed the stability of self-produced biogas fertilizer components,tested the fertilizer effect of biogas slurry concentrated and biogas residue.The main conclusions are:(1)Compared with the centrifugal filtration pretreatment technology,the pressure swirl pretreatment technology has better biogas slurry concentration and separation effect,and the removal rates of CODcr,SS,TN,and TP are 81.7%,50.8%,63.94%,and 18.73%,respectively.The transmission rate is 0.19%,which is higher than the centrifugal filtration pretreatment technology.It Can be applied as biogas fertilizer.(2)Analysis of the composition of biogas residue and concentrated biogas slurry shows,it containing the elements of N,P,K,and trace elements,and active substances such as humic acid,biogas residue and biogas slurry composition are stable by the results of batch sampling.The biogas slurry can be used as a commodity organic fertilizer after membrane separation treatment,and it can be directly applied to the production of organic biogas fertilizer and bio-pesticides.Separation clean water of up to standard can be directly discharged or returned to the farm as cleaning water.(3)Solid-state organic fertilizer produced by solid-liquid separation unit after dehydration treatment is used in pakchoi experimental.Its results confirming:Compared with chemical fertilizer treatment effect,application of biogas residue can increase the yield?Vc and chlorophyll content of cabbage.And significantly reduce the amount of nitrate accumulation,which is related to trace elements in the biogas residue.The best application scheme of biogas fertilizer is:base fertilizer biogas residue of 2000kg/667m~2.(4)The germination and soaking test of chili confirmed that soaking seeds with 80%concentration of biogas slurry have the best effect.The results of the biogas manure used in pepper cultivation show that:2000kg/667m~2 of Biogas residue base fertilizer treatment with and 75%biogas slurry to foliar spray is the best solution.
