Functionalized isocyanide refers to a group introduced at the ortho position of the isocyano group in the compound that can modulate the isocyanate reaction performance or can be utilized in subsequent reactions.Such compounds are collectively referred to as functionalized isocyanides.Due to the variety of functionalized isocyanides and diverse reaction modes,they have been widely used in drug synthesis and polymer chemistry.Their application in organic synthesis has become a hot spot for organic chemists.In recent years,our research group has been engaged in the research of silver-catalyzed isocyanochemistry and has accumulated rich experience.We have carried out many researches on the silver-catalyzed isocyanide reaction that we have developed and achieved a series of research results.This paper is an extension of the silver-catalyzed isocyanide reaction,which have successfully applied this N-isocyanoiminotriphenylphosphorane?N?TP?to the developed silver-catalyzed isocyanide system.The main content of the paper is as follows:1.Briefly introduced the research status of several types of functionalized isocyanides.2.In this paper,the tandem reaction of silver catalyzed N?TP and aldehyde is realized.The reaction goes through two processes:?1?aza-wittig reaction between N?TP and aldehydes,in-situ generation of imine isocyanide intermediates;?2?silver-catalyzed reaction of imine isocyanide intermediates with another molecule of N?TP to generate pyridazines class products.3.By using the silver catalyst system provided in this paper.We synthesized 21polysubstituted azine derivatives,and the structures of these compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR and MS.4.This paper provides a new synthesis method for constructing polysubstituted azines and extends the application of N?TP in organic synthesis.
