As a special synthetic intermediate,allene plays an important role in organic synthesis.Its unique structure and chemical properties attract more and more attention from chemists.Alkenes can be used as intermediates for synthesizing natural products,drugs,and various material molecules,and their polymers can also be used in paints,fibers and other industries,and are closely related to modern life.Therefore,it is particularly important to synthesize novel allene compounds study their reactivity.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following two aspects:1.Using a cheap CuI as a catalyst,the coupling reaction of a ferrocenyl alkyne compound with a diazophosphate compound was realized.In the presence of?C2H5?3N,the coupling reaction can be used to successfully synthesize a series of trisubstituted allene compounds containing both ferrocene and phosphate groups.The reaction does not require the participation of ligands,the reaction conditions are mild,the raw materials are inexpensive and readily available,the substrate universality is good,and the product yield is high.The reaction mechanism study shows that this reaction may be carried out through the copper carbene transfer insertion mechanism.2.After synthesizing the above allene compounds,we studied in detail the electrophilic addition reaction of these compounds.It was found that ferrocene substituted allenylphosphates,amines,and iodine can successfully undergo a three-component reaction to afford synthesize allylamines containing both ferrocene and phosphate groups with high region-and stereoselectivities.The configuration of the product were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The main advantages of this reaction are that it does not require the participation of transition metals and bases,the reaction time is short,the region-and stereoselectivies are good,the atomic utilization is high,the reaction substrate has a good general applicability.The idea provides a simple and highly efficient synthesis method for allylamines containing ferrocene and phosphate groups.
