| When it comes to black phosphorus,people may feel strange,but when it comes to P,may all the world knows..Phosphorus is related to the,wildfires”that can be self ignites from agricultural fertilizers,human ingredients and chemical textbooks.P is a kind of chemical material,it has many allotropes,exists in various forms.The first discovery of white phosphorus,and later found red,purple and black phosphorus phosphorus.Black phosphorus is a layered material.Each atom layer is connected with graphite through Vander Ed Ley connection.In a single atomic layer,each phosphorus atom forms a folded honeycomb structure with three neighboring phosphorus atoms in the form of covalent bonds.These three keys bear three valence electrons,so they are not like graphene.Graphene and excessive metal sulfide are the most promising representatives of two-dimensional crystal materials.They are the most potential creative materials for their unique layered structure and physical and chemical properties.However,the properties of graphene zero band gap and low carrier mobility of transition metal oxides limit their applications in nanoelectronics,photovoltaic and photovoltaic devices.Because of its excellent carrier mobility and interlayer direct band gap,it is a valuable material that is superior to graphene and over metal sulfide.In this article,we first study the black phosphorus mineralization by way of synthesis mechanism,and then through the mechanical and liquid phase assisted large black phosphorus stripping to less layer of black phosphorus,finally stripped phosphinidene materials were characterized by AFM,SEM,TEM analysis and other means,to obtain the best conditions for stripping.At the end of the study,the film based paper based functional material was used to detect its properties and analyze its potential properties.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)screening of phosphene from black phosphorusThrough simple mechanical stripping method and liquid phase can get high efficiency output of black phosphorus nanosheets,and proposes a new method of glass black phosphorus,using organic solvent as dispersing agent evenly through a high pressure homogenizer,the process of screening on divestiture condition is necessary.The dispersing agent,temperature,pressure,stirring,washing times and centrifugal speed are screened,and finally the conclusion is drawn.(2)characterization of phosphene preparedThrough the analysis of a series of characterization of phosphorus oxide samples after separation,such as AFM,TEM,SEM,XRD,EDX and UV Vis absorption spectra showed that phosphinidene stripping has successfully achieved the larger lateral dimension(about 200nm × 50nm size)layers can be reduced to single or double state,and complete crystallization the whole process has not occurred,oxidation.(3)binding of phosphene to nanofibersIt is proposed that the black phosphorus nanosheets combined with nanoscale cellulose can be used to make nano paper film based materials.The coating of black phosphorus can be applied to the nanoscale cellulose film with porosity.Finally,the properties of the nanoscale cellulose film are tested,and the potential possibility of its application is analyzed. |
