As a special industrial structure,there are many disadvantages in the tailings dam,such as high cost,poor safety,great environmental harm and threat the safety of the surrounding residents.These disadvantages seriously restrict the sustainable development of utilization of mine resources and the healthy development of mine enterprises.As a new type of artificial composite granular materials,The technology of Co-mixed mine waste rock and tailings can break through the traditional storage technology barriers,This technology fundamentally avoid the disadvantages of traditional technology of tailings accumulation(like low material strength,liquefaction,poor stability),and it also can reduce the area,prevent the oxidation corrosion of waste rock accumulation alone from aciding wastewater that pollutes the environment.This method has good engineering value.Through the three physical and mechanical properties(shear strength,permeability and consolidation),a series of laboratory tests had been carried out.By the analysising and sorting of the test data,the physical and mechanical properties and their changing rules is obtained.The following aspects of the work will be described in this paper:(1)Through the large-scale three axis tests and the shear tests of reductions ratio of Co-mixed mine waste rock and tailings,the stress-strain curves with different rock content conditions and different loads was analyzed,and the mechanism was analyzed.The shear strength indexs(internal friction angle and cohesive force)with the variation of the rock content was obtained.(2)Through the compression test,the change rule of consolidation with different rock content conditions and different loads was obtained,and the concept model was applied to the analysis of the compression deformation mechanism.(3)Through the permeation test,the change law and mechanism of the permeability of Co-mixed mine waste rock and tailings under different conditions were obtained.(4)The simulation of direct shear process on mesoscopic scale of Co-mixed mine waste rock and tailings was carried out by particle flow code.The shear process and mechanism was analyzed from the cloud diagrams of displacement and the cloud diagrams of force chain network.Combined with the stress strain curve of the test results,the feasibility of the simulation was test.
