Coal and gas outburst seriously affected the safety of coal mine,which hindered the economict.There is the key factor in outburst.Early warning system can effectively monitor gas parameters and play a role in prevention.It is of great significance to combine the key factors with warning index.Based on the data analysis in Qian Jiaying,the key factor is determined by mathematical methods.Combining the key factors with warning index,the early warning system is constructed.Through the analysis of 5,7,9,12 coal seams with gas outburst area in gas pressure,gas content,variation of coal thickness,geological structural,structural characteristics of coal,lithology of roof and floor and the using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,combined with gas geological data,the key factors of geological structure are determined,which provides the basis of early warning system.By analyzing the fault number,average distance,average length and fault density in each horizontal distribution,the index values of gas pressure,the coal type of damage,gas emission rate and coefficient of the solid coal are calculated,combining-850 m happened gas outbursts accident.The critical value of the geological structure is determined to be 0.308.Furthermore,the correction value M is composed of eight indexes.Early warning systems include real-time monitoring,forecasts and critical values.Several forecasting methods are compared.The moving average method as the long-term prediction and the autoregressive forecasting method as the real-time prediction.Through the comprehensive analysis in Qian jiaying mine,the critical value of gas emission is 4m3/min.Using the M to obtain the new critical value,the critical value of each classification warning is obtained.Taking gas emission as warning index,the method of weighted moving average method to process data.Using MATLAB programming,the classification warning system with static and dynamic is constructed in Qian jiaying mine.
