The three-phase project of the stone furrow iron mine started construction in 2006,and the mining method was the subsequent filling method of the segmental airfield,which gradually began to be developed in the production phase in 2012.With the continuous advance of tunneling project,a large number of mined-out areas have been found between the-60 m and-180 m levels,which have seriously disrupted the normal mining sequence,and brought about great secure risks.In iron ore of golem-60m~-180 m level,there are 29 people mined-out area of different size,and these are chosen the more typical empty area on the 3 d modeling,through theoretical calculation,it determines the structure of flat shallow hole shrinkage stoping method and the combined mining of deep hole mining method to recycle the top and bottom cavity orebody mining scheme.At the same time,according to the reconstruction of perforated hole in the current hole,the optimization test of the original well drilling technique has been carried out and the better results have been obtained.Through the flexible retaining wall instead of blue bricks masonry retaining wall block to achieve the purpose of the authors efficiency,through the adoption of 1:4,alternating contrast filling of 1:8,cavity roof pressure to meet top for drill hole filling technology has realized the goaf filling and low cost,high standards of operation requirements.In this paper,we study the mined-out area of the top and bottom and ore body is-120 m in the middle between 11.5~12 prospecting line of M4 ore body,ore room 43 m,length of mining height are broken 51 m,volume of about 2838m3 after mined-out area,the geological ore 81600 t,cavity filling volume is 26800m3 after.The theoretical calculation and field practice,and puts forward the shallow hole shrinkage stoping method with flat bottom structure in deep hole mining method combined mining of mining scheme and fills the empty area management plan,for the top and bottom minedout area of orebody stoping subsequent people provides reference and basis.
