In the process of galvanized sheet quality assessment,the key indicators are galvanized sheet thickness and whether it is uniform,and the air knife and damper,and the parameters of the strip itself affects the galvanized layer thickness and evenness,so the study of parameters of as air knife system and strip is very important to improve the quality of the galvanized surface.Paper in the process of research,mainly involves the numerical simulation and field experiment and laboratory test of organic combine,further study of the injection process of strip hot dip galvanized air knife,research the strip surface stress distribution.This thesis mainly includes three main parts.The first part is the main application of FLUENT software,width,thickness of strip steel and steel strip of operation were analyzed,and the key to study the influences of different baffle strip edge,analyzes the influence on the strip edge pressure larger wedge lip knife slit and baffle themselves.The second part is the laboratory test,the use of gas knife injection pressure sensor for laboratory test,and the laboratory air knife is obtained in the experiment with the resin plate along the width on the surface of the pressure distribution and the change trend,in the process of laboratory experiments to simulate field of galvanized equipment,and developed small galvanized simulation device,and the device can help the researchers a good study of the whole process of gas injection knife.The third part is the field test.In this part,pressure sensor was applied to the actual production process gas knife along the width of the distribution of stress in the strip surface condition detection,and different production environment simulation,and the paper studies the strip surface in different distribution law of pressure along the width.Research results show that the strip width,thickness and speed on its surface are little affected by the pressure,and gas damper and wedge knife lip can very good solution to solve the strip edge pressure attenuation phenomenon.
