Embossing is one of the basic processes in the packaging and printing industry,and deep embossing machine is an important equipment used in packaging and printing industry,mainly used for pattern processing packaging boxes,leather products etc.With the continuous development of commodity economy,the demand for exquisite packaging of commodities is increasing day by day.The quality and accuracy of packing lines will be one of the important marks to measure the value of goods,and the embossing of the packages is usually done on the embossing machine.Therefore,the design of deep embossing machine whether reasonable and stable will directly affect the packaging.The YW-1020 automatic deep embossing machine as the research object,through analysis of the machine the force and structure characteristics,established deep embossing machine at the initial compression line and the closing of the moving platform using 3D software Solid Works,and stiffness and strength are analyzed;obtained the minimum fatigue life of spherical plain bearing by using embedded in ANSYS Workbench in Fatigue Tool;according to the structural characteristics of deep embossing machine,established the model of motion pendulum bar device,then use the Transient Dynamic make dynamic analysis,and then used the Workbench parameter optimization design module to optimize the device.The research results show embossing machine in the closed position the moving platform is not ideal,the minimum fatigue life of the spherical bearing are 266 days;dynamic performance of motion pendulum bar is relatively stable.After optimization,the maximum mises stress of the device is reduced by 9%,so that the dynamic performance of the device is more stableBased on the finite element analysis and optimization of deep embossing machine,we can summed up a set of methods for finite element analysis of the complex equipment,and provided a theoretical reference for deep embossing machine finite design and optimization.
