The surface roughening technology of conductive material is developed on the basis of surface processing technology of conductive materials and is an important part of surface processing technology.Industrial technology develop countries abroad,especially some of Europe's car industry power,mostly use after roughen the processing of the steel plate,in order to improve its surface plating performance,because the body of the plate surface plating treatment is required.This reseach work mainly starts with the edm roughen technology(EDT),and the edm technology in the application of cold roll surface processing is studied,in order to design a kind of can adapt to the result of edm roughen machining parameters directly predict the software used to roll the limit position roughen parameters optimization.First of all,the paper introduces the electrical discharge machining process and processing principle of edm roughen technology,and then through the record of a lot of experimental samples,and accumulate more groups have reference value to the experimental data,the data preparation for the subsequent model.Then using least square method,and combing with BP neural network for curve fitting,and the corresponding model is established,through the model analysis to reveal the surface roughness Ra parameters,pit diameter D and pits of unit length of inner relationship between Pc and control variables,using the model calculation result to roughen results are forecast.After the two methods were compared the prediction results and the actual processing results are two methods of income curve which can meet the using demand of the general situation,but better fitting results of BP neural network.So the software design by using BP neural network fitting curve,through the analysis of the software function comparison,finally adopting WPF software module,function,working process and man-machine interface operation platform can see on software roughen the function relation between parameters and control targets and the fitting curve.Proved by the experiment,the software can effectively predict cold roll roughen the result,which is advantageous to the parameter optimization of roll end limit position and has the high practicability,so that it can be applied in steel production.
