Study On The Geological Environment Impact Assessment And Recovery Treatment Plan Of A Coal Mine In Yushen Mining Area

Coal resource is one of the important energy mineral resources of the country,and also one of the important strategic resources.Yushen mining area is one of the first 19 coal mining areas established by the Ministry of land and resources and the national development and Reform Commission.It has rich coal reserves,high coal quality,simple mining conditions,and coal resource exploitation has become one of the local pillar industries.However,the Yushen mining area is located in the border area between the Mu Us Desert and the Loess Plateau.The ecological environment is fragile.The development of coal resources has caused a series of geological environment problems,such as land resources,changes of terrain and landforms,destruction of vegetation greening,water resources balance and geological disasters.It is urgent to take effective measures to carry out mine geological environment protection and restoration and control.Taking a new coal mine in Yushen mining area as an example,this paper adopts the research method of collecting and analyzing the existing data,mine geological environment field investigation and indoor data sorting and analysis.Through the study of geological environment background,the present situation of geological environment influence and its prediction and evaluation,the mine construction,production and intensification are analyzed.The harm and influence degree of various mine geological environment problems to the personnel,property,environment and important projects,facilities and facilities around the mine are evaluated,and the zoning of mine geological environment protection and restoration treatment is carried out.According to the order of priority,the phased implementation of the principle of the corresponding control measures for the rational development and utilization of mineral resources,the effective protection of the mining geological environment,the implementation of mine ecological environment restoration and provide the basis for data and scientific guidance,but also provide scientific basis for supervision and management of mine geological environment.
