The technology of 3 D printing is an emerging technology that developing rapidly in the field of manufacturing industry,It's known as "the significance revolution of manufacturing technology in the industry ".The main process of this technology is that using computer software to design the three-dimensional style,and then through specific molding equipment(commonly known as "3D Printer")to print liquefied or powdery or silken solid material step by step.3 D printing technology is the main way to realize " add material manufacture " that greatly simplifies the product manufacturing process and improves production efficiency.3D printing is using in naval ships,aerospace,medical,housing construction,automotive industry,electronic industry and so on.Developed countries are trying to invent different equipment,using different materials to realize 3D printing,so they could make the component that could not be made in traditional manufacturing industry before.Based on resistance welding technology,3D printing principle and path planning,this text developed the new equipment that based on resistance seam welding technology,and verified its feasibility.Firstly this paper summarizes the development of resistance seam welding and resistance stitch welding at home and abroad,and than analyzed the problems existing in the field of resistance welding additive manufacturing,and puts forward the solution based on unilateral single seam welding\ unilateral double seam welding of resistance seam welding additive manufacturing technology.Secondly,combining with the resistance welding and rapid prototyping technology,this text analysised the requirements of send belt cutting device,the rolling equipment and the control part of resistance 3 d printing equipment,The writer finished the design of send belt cutting part and tandem rolling part,completed the design and the combination of the control and the electric circuits part.Finally,this paper use the self-developed resistance welding 3D printing machine finish the orthogonal experiment of Q235 steel strip stitch welding and get the optimal parameters,and than the author finish the pile and milling composite resistance welding additive manufacturing experiment using the optimal parameters,and proved the effectiveness of the equipment and the additive manufacturing technology that based on unilateral single seam resistance welding\ unilateral double resistance seam welding.
