In recent years,flexible electronic has been widely concerned and developed rapidly in fields of information,energy,health care and so on,owing to its outstanding scalability,adaptability and portability.As one of the key aspects to achieve the efficient and low cost preparation of flexible electronic,the roll-to-roll(R2R)conveyance process requires to achieve high positioning accuracy of the web which is conveyed by the R2 R system,so as to adapt to the precise and complex process requirements of new devices in flexible electronic field.In this paper,the deviation analysis mechanism,deviation dynamics modeling and experimental study,deviation detection scheme design and so on are proposed for the locating deviation of the flexible web in the lateral and longitudinal directions.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the dynamic model of lateral motion deviation of flexible web in R2 R conveyance process is established.Taking the web between two adjacent rollers as the research object,the lateral motion deviation model of flexible web is established based on the Euler beam theory.The effect of web's initial lateral deviation,roller angle,conveying speed and theconveying tensionon web's lateral deviation is discussed in detail according to the lateral motion deviation model.Then the detection scheme of web's lateral deviation is designed.Secondly,the dynamic model of longitudinal motion deviation is established.The longitudinalmotion deviation model of flexible web is established based on the mass conservation theory.The effect of variation and fluctuation of tension and velocity on web's feed direction deviation is discussed in detail according to the longitudinal deviation model.Then the detection scheme of web's longitudinal deviation is designed.Finally,the lateral and longitudinal motion deviation model is proved by experiments.The experiments were carried out for the verification of the lateralmotion deviation model and the longitudinal motion deviation model.In this paper,the lateral and longitudinal motion deviation model of flexible web in R2 R conveyance process is established.The mechanisms are analyzed by simulations and experiments.The web's motion deviation model put forward in this paper provides a theoretical basis for precise positioning of flexible web in R2 R systems.
