The ocean,especially the deep sea is rich in resources,and it is a major national marine strategy to promote the marine development transferring from the shallow sea to the deep sea.Deep-sea equipment is an important carrier of marine development,some of the key friction system directly using seawater as the working medium,its service life,reliability and safety depends greatly on the wear and corrosion properties of material in the deep sea environment.Development of the friction and corrosin tester of simulating full ocean deepth environment is the important infrastructure equipment of ocean tribology.,this paper focused on the core technical problems of the testing machine,such as working principle of the test rig,loading system,electrochemical measurement method in high-pressure marine environment,high-pressure sealing,and completed the development of prototype and tested.The overall scheme and performance criteria of the testing machine are determined according to the need of the research on the seawater hydraulic adjustable ballast device and components of the 10000 meter manned submersible.The modular design method is used to subdivid the test machine into three subsystems:data acquisition and control system,main friction test rig and power source.Then,analyzed and designed the system composition and the working process of subsystems,respectly.Aimed at contradiction between the high pressure sealing and the accurate measurement of experimental force in the process of passing from the outside of autoclave to inside,a high pressure loading program of gap type special-shaped cylinder was inventedBased on the method of standard electrochemical measurement and the influence of the special full ocean deepth environment on the polarization of the electrode,a high-pressure electrochemical measurement device was developed.The self-made solid-state Ag/AgCl reference electrode has excellent potential stability and repeatability in the large depth of the marine environment.It's theoretical electrode potential is 0.2503V(vs.SHE).Strength and stiffness of the autoclave plant and the loading shaft of the testing machine were analyzed by finite element method under different working conditions.And the structural parameters of autoclave plant is optimized to improve by the results of the similation,which reduced the stress peak from 1152 MPa to 513 MPa.The simulation of full depth ocean environment friction corrosion tester prototype and carried out 8500 meters shallow pressure simulation experiment.120 MPa power source is being built,after upgrade,the test-bed can simulate the full ocean depth pressure.The test results show that the design of the test bench is reasonable and can meet the needs of performance of friction pairs of research on friction,corrosion and wear under deep-sea conditions.
