In gentle dip and medium thickness orebody,the combined transportation of trackless equipment and motor vehicle can reduce the transportation cost and improve the transport efficiency,the number and location of the central orepass has a great influence on the distribution of the two parts.The total transportation costs are different for different number or different location of the orepass.The determination of minimal total transportation cost of orepass number and location is important to the mine production.The research findings are as follows:(1)Refer to the logistics distribution center location research and combining the actual situation of underground mines,using the improved differential method determined the single orepass location,and it provided the basis for multi-orepass algorithm.(2)Established the cost model by the analysis of the fees of combined transportation,the model contains transportation costs of the scraper,underground trucks and electric locomotive,and the drivage costs of orepass and roadway drivage.(3)Got the underground trucks unit transportation costs under the given distance combined with the trucking cost calculation method,and obtained the relationship between distance and unit transportation cost within a certain distance range by fitting method.Using the average distance and unit transportation cost of different orepass number,and preliminary determined reasonable orepass number is four.(4)Improved the niche particle swarm optimization algorithm by applying the single orepass location solving method,write the program in JavaScript and applied to solving the multi orepass location problem,the parameters of the algorithm are determined through the analysis to quickly converge and avoid the local optimal solution.Solved the location of Orepass and corresponding target costs in the orepass number is 1 to 5 respectively,the results show that the total transportation cost is the lowest when the orepass number is 4,which is consistent with the preliminary determination of the orepass number,and the minimum transport costs is 76 million 380 thousand yuan.According to the determination of the number and location of the orepass in combined transportation in gentle dip and medium thickness orebody,a reasonable solution is put forward,including cost model establishing,preliminary determination of orepass number,orepass location solution and orepass number verification.It's able to solve the orepass number and location of the minimum total transportation cost quickly and easily.The solving method can be used to guide the actual production and provide reference for the similar combined transportation location problem?...
