In the past few decades,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,people's life activities have produced a lot of municipal sludge.Such a large amount of municipal sludge threatens people's production,living and ecological environment.With the gradual exposure of traditional municipal sludge disposal methods,the utilization of municipal sludge has become an inevitable trend of ecological civilization construction in China.In this paper,the biochar was prepared by chemical activation pyrolysis of municipal sludge and wine grape residue,and the adsorption properties of methylene blue were studied.By means of orthogonal and corrected series analysis of test results,the iodine value of biochar was influence by category as activator,pyrolysis time is the most important,than the quality of raw materials and activator,pyrolysis temperature,the yield of biochar was the influence degree of the order from large to small is activator kinds,than the quality of raw materials and activator,pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time.Biochar best preparation conditions:Na2CO3 as activator,pyrolysis time for 60 min,raw materials and activator quality ratio of 1:3,pyrolysis temperature is 400?.The iodine adsorption value of biochar in this condition was 458.91mg/g,and the yield was 73.49%.The basic physicochemical properties of biochar were analyzed in the best preparation condition.By scanning electron microscope,the surface of biochar can be observed to be coarse and loose,with more amorphous porous structure.The BET specific surface area and total pore volume of biochar were measured by specific surface area analyzer,respectively 425.7206m~2/g and 0.2312cm~3/g respectively.The infrared spectrum analysis shows that there are many chemical groups and functional groups on the surface of biochar.With the best preparation conditions making biochar with methylene blue solution,inspects the solution pH,dosing quantity of biochar,initial concentration of methylene blue,contact time,factors such as the influence of methylene blue adsorption water for biochar central Asia.Found within the scope of the weak acid and weak base,pH value of methylene blue adsorption solution for biochar central Asia is small,the influence of biochar for the removal rate of methylene blue solution of central Asia as the additive quantity of active carbon and the increase of contact time,decrease with the increase of initial concentration of methylene blue.Using adsorption kinetics of adsorption,adsorption isotherm and adsorption thermodynamics model fitted the experimental results and found,quasi secondary dynamic equation with different initial concentration of methylene blue case biochar adsorption process of fitting the highest correlation coefficient,the Langmuir model on the process of biochar adsorption of methylene blue fitting correlation coefficient is higher,indicated that the adsorption process is mainly for the monolayer adsorption;Biochar is a spontaneous endothermic reaction of the methylene blue adsorption process,and the warming is helpful to the adsorption reaction.
