The subject conducts the coating finish of organosilicon resin for shell fabrics using electron beam irradiation technology,and mainly solves the problems of using a large number of organic solvent and consuming enormous energy in the process of coating finish.Different from the conventional thermocuring fabric coating finish technology,electron beam irradiation curing technology is electronics in high voltage electric field of 300 KV ~ 10 MV accelerate to the corresponding energy and directly bombard Vinyl silicone oil,to make its unsaturated bond open and crosslink reaction,gaining organosilicon coating shell fabrics.During the process the electron beam energy is not converted into heat energy and passed directly to the irradiated material,in which energy utilization rate is up to 95%,triggering the unsaturated organic silicon resin to conduct crosslink reaction at normal temperature,can reduce energy consumption,avoid using solvents,and save 80%~90% of energy than thermocuring.At the same time the design is suitable for the shielding electron beam irradiated equipment of fabrics coating finish;researching the strong impacts of the electron beam irradiation on fabric;analyzing polymerization conditions of coating resin under the different irradiation doses;and optimizing the coating formulation.The project does innovative research mainly in the following aspects:(1): Because high-energy electron beam penetrating fabrics produced by electron accelerator,bombard to metal cavity of irradiated internal cavity,and produce x-rays.Take safety into consideration,electron accelerator irradiated cavity must design multi-layer labyrinth structure for interior part,which will irradiate coating fabric before the irradiation curing,the surface of coating is polluted.Designing an election beam irradiated equipment suitable for the fabrics coating finish.(2): By adjusting the electron irradiated beam,the subject does gradient experiments of irradiation treatment on different textural fabrics,researches the strong changes of different fabrics under different irradiation doses,and confirms the minimum irradiation dose when cracking reaction occurs to different fibre molecule.(3): Doing gradient experiments of irradiation treatment on vinyl silicone oil,and researching the changes of the crosslinking degree of vinyl silicone oil under the different irradiation doses.(4): After confirming the irradiation dose when vinyl silicone oil produces the maximum crosslinking degree,inert gas is piped in the irradiated internal cavity.By changing the oxygen content in the irradiated internal cavity,researching the changes of the crosslinking degree of vinyl silicone oil,and analyzing the impacts of oxygen inhibition on irradiation crosslinking reaction.(5):Taking advantage of hydrosilylation principle,using electron irradiation beam to trigger three methyl vinyl silicone oil and hydrosilicone oil making addition reaction,and add white carbon black as filler to improve the strength of coating,and studying mechanical properties of coating fabrics at 65? temperature.
