The twenty-first Century was called the century of human exploitation and utilization of underground space.At present,underground space and facilities of various uses in China are being increasingly used and constructed,and their scale and depth are increasing.Whether it is the construction of a deep foundation or the use of underground space in high-rise buildings,large-scale underground excavation is required,which involves a large number of deep excavation engineering problems.Due to the characteristics of deep foundation pit engineering,such as large project volume,tight construction period,low safety reserve and high uncertainty,deep foundation pit engineering accidents happen frequently,which causes huge economic losses and casualties.As a cross discipline of information science and architectural engineering,the field of building information modeling(BIM)is a product of cross-disciplinary and innovative research.With the successful application of information technology in the construction industry,building information modeling has become a research hotspot in the field of construction engineering.Based on this,with the help of the function application of BIM technology in safety management,this paper first analyzes the causal mechanism of various types of accidents in deep foundation pit engineering from the typical deep pit accident cases.Then,according to the accident causation mechanism,identify the various hazard sources of the deep foundation pit project,and finally build and implement a safety management system for the deep foundation pit construction site based on BIM.The main research contents include:(1)Through the analysis of characteristics of the deep foundation pit project,the accidental tree analysis method was used to analyze the accident type of the deep foundation pit in detail,and the cause mechanism of accidents such as collapse,damage to the surrounding environment,falling,mechanical damage,and object strike was obtained.On this basis,the main control factors of safety management of the deep foundation pit construction site are summarized,which can pave the way for the identification of the hazard source and the construction of the safety management system based on BIM.(2)According to the mechanism of accident cause of deep foundation pit and its specific process of construction,this paper identifies and manages the static and dynamic hazard source of deep foundation pit project.Finally,the static hazard identification list of the construction site of the deep pit,the identification list of the dynamic hazards of the independent factors and the identification list of the hazards of the spatio-temporal conflict are summarized.According to the characteristics of the hazards,the hazard management method of the construction site based on BIM is proposed.(3)The safety management system about the deep foundation pit construction site based on BIM was constructed.Firstly,the demand of early warning information and function of safety management system for deep foundation pit construction based on BIM is analyzed.Subsequently,the design principles and the overall framework of the system are described in detail.Finally,on the basis of the system framework,the realization principles of the visualization of hazard sources and hazardous areas at construction sites,the automatic early warning of personnel entering hazardous areas,the visualization of structural deformation and the realization of automatic warning functions are introduced,which lays the foundation for the implementation of the safety management system(4)The implementation method of safety management system for deep foundation pit construction based on BIM is proposed.Firstly,SQL Server2014 software was used to design the monitoring information database of the deep pit construction site;Secondly,the method of expanding the IFC attributes is used to complete the mapping of the deep foundation pit monitoring information database and IFC format based on SQL Server,so as to realize the correlation between the construction site monitoring data and the BIM model based on the IFC standard,which allows the monitoring data to be stored and reflected in the model.Finally,with the help of the C# development language,a secondary development environment based on the Revit API was built to develop a visualization plug-in for monitoring information on deep pit construction sites,so as to achieve the three functions of color simulation of dangerous sources,realtime location of personnel in construction field,automatic early warning into dangerous area,real-time monitoring and automatic warning of deep foundation pit.
