As gob-side entry retaining experienced one-time mining influence and advance influence of secondary mining,the surrounding rock of the roadway experienced intense pressure and the bearing capacity was greatly reduced.Especially when surrounding rock of roadway is soft,this change is even more severe.The stability of filling body beside roadways is the key to control the deformation of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining.The water-cement ratio of filling material beside roadways and the width of the filling body are different.The water-cement ratio of filling material beside roadways and the width of the filling body are different.The deformation of the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining will also be significantly different.This paper takes gob-side entry retaining 3#coal 3107 working face in Xinyuan Coal Mine as the background,study on the load-bearing characteristics of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining of soft surrounding rock and main parameters of filling body.The main research results are as follows:?1?Combining with FLAC3D numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,analyzed comparatively the bearing characteristics of surrounding rock in soft surrounding rock,medium hard rock and hard rock along the gob-side entry retaining affected by twice mining.It is found that the soft surrounding rock affected by twice mining has these characteristics:the vertical stress peak is lower,the plastic zone is larger and the surrounding rock deformation is bigger.?2?Combining with FLAC3D numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,analyzed the load characteristics and deformation law of roadway under different parameters of filling body,with the increase of filling material water cement ratio,stress in the filling body reduced,the deformation of surrounding rock increased.With the increase of width,the stress in the filling body and the deformation of surrounding rock decreased.The main parameters of the filling body were determined for gob-side entry retaining of 3107 working face in Xinyuan mine:water cement ratio is 1.5:1,and the filling body width is 2.0m.?3?The research results have been successfully applied to industrial test,and the deformation law of surrounding rock during the secondary mining of the roadway has been mastered through the observation of field mine pressure,which effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock.
