The most direct economic measures for building energy conservation are the building insulation materials.Compared with the organic thermal insulation material,the inorganic thermal insulation material has the advantages of fire protection,durability,innocuity and innocuity,and the application prospect is wider.However,the dry density grade of large cement based lightweight concrete is between A06-A08,and there are defects such as long setting time,low strength,large shrinkage,easy cracking,high water absorption and high cost.As a new type of cementitious material,geopolymer has the characteristics of fast hard,early strength,high strength,waste utilization,environmental protection and so on.In view of this,two technical ideas of using red mud geopolymer as cementitious material to prepare lightweight concrete are put forward in this paper: First.Study on reparation technology and performance of foam concrete of red mud geopolymer;Second.Study on preparation and properties of concrete of red mud geopolymer of high water cement ratio and lightweight.In the first part of this study,the preparation technology of foam concrete of red mud geopolymer was designed.The effects of raw material composition on the physical properties and pore structure of the foamed concrete are explored on the basis of the design mix ratio.And through the comprehensive performance analysis of red mud geopolymer foam concrete to determine the optimum mixture ratio: to maintain the water cement ratio of 0.4 under the premise of water glass content is 7.5%,the slag content is 50%,lime dosage is 10% and the foam liquid concentration is 0.3%,its performance is superior to similar products.In the second part of this study,the preparation technology of concrete of red mud geopolymer of high water cement ratio and lightweight was designed.The geopolymer has the characteristics of fast hard and early strength.Even if the water cement ratio is up to 1.5,the geopolymer slurry can still remain stable without stratification segregation,and the strength can be quickly hardened.Based on these properties,the preparation technology of a light free and lightweight polymer concrete is studied.In the mix design on the basis of exploring the impact of water glass content,slag,lime content and water cement ratio on high water light red mud geopolymer concrete physical property and pore structure,and through the comprehensive analysis of high performance lightweight red mud water geopolymeric concrete to determine the optimum mixture ratio: The content of water glass is 10%,slag content is 50%,lime content is 10%,water cement ratio is 1.2,and its comprehensive performance advantage is obvious.The physical properties and pore structure of lightweight concrete of red mud geopolymer are systematically studied,and the comprehensive performance of lightweight concrete of red mud geopolymer is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for design and practical application.
