Multiferroic composite materials consisting of both ferromagnetic and ferroelectric phases have attracted much attention owing to their capability of efficient energy transfer between electric energy and magnetic energy,and their potential applications such as,actuators,sensors,and data storage.Moreover,in order to fabricate the composite film with an enhanced ME coupling effect,the ferromagnetic phase with a large magnetostrictive effect and the ferroelectric phase with a large piezoelectric effect are needed.In the present work,considering the low resistivity and the greater magnetostrive coefficient of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3?LSMO?,it was selected as a ferromagnetic phase.Pb0.92La0.08Zr0.65Ti0.35O3,with greater piezoelectric coefficient,and the lower leakage current,was selected as a ferroelectric phase.In this paper,we mainly studies the properties of PLZT/LSMO/Si,PLZT/LSMO/LAO,and PLZT/LSMO/LAO,which includes microarry structure.The result obtained as follow:?1?Composite films of PLZT/LSMO are prepared on Si substrates by Sol-gel method.We Select the crystallization temperature of LSMO?750??.and PLZT?680??,film by XRD.The composite films show a good ferromagnetic and ferroelectric at room temperature.The remnant polarization Pr,coercive field Ec,leakage current and magnetization saturation Ms are25.5?C/cm2,238KV/cm,2.6×10-5 A/cm2 and 114 emu/cm3.?2?The PLZT/LSMO composite films,with epitaxial orientation,have been prepared on LAO substrate.At room temperature,the Pr,Ec,leakage current and Ms of composite films are36.38?C/cm2,269KV/cm,4.6×10-6 A/cm2 and 147 emu/cm3.The results show that the properties of PLZT/LSMO/LAO is higher than PLZT/LSMO/Si.?3?This paper proposes a new chemistry modier.By adding photographic chemistry modifier Bpy in LSMO sol,the gel film with UV photosensitive.Then,a better quality of LSMO fine pattern has been obtained,using the UV exposure or laser interferometry,In turn,the epitaxial orientation films of PLZT/LSMO,which the microarray is been prepared in LSMO film have been prepared on LAO substrate.At room temperature,the Pr,Ec,leakage current and Ms of this composite film are 30.6?C/cm2,216KV/cm,6.2×10-5 A/cm2,and158emu/cm3.The ferromagnetic of this composite films is better than that of PLZT/LSMO/LAO.While the ferroelectric is weaker than that of PLZT/LSMO/LAO...
