We report the novel crystal structures which include 6 inclusion compounds and 2 adducts in this thesis.In these compounds,guanylthiourea,aromatic organic acids that are p-hydroxybenzoic acid and its derivatives as the host molecules are selected.Four auxiliary small molecules of nitrate,chloridion,water molecule and iron positive ion were added as host molecules.n-Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide was used as the guest template molecule to interact with the host molecules.The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction test.The hydrogen bonding mode and the inclusion law were studied and discussed.In the six inclusion compound prepared by n-tetrabutylammonium hydroxide as a guest molecule,the introduction of different small molecules provides certain conditions for the generation of weak hydrogen bonds between the host molecules and the host-guest molecules.A variety of novel frameworks with have different stacking patterns been exhibited.In crystal structures of 2.1.1,2.1.2 and 2.1.6,due to the guest molecule tetrabutylammonium ions with many branches and a larger volume than host molecules,there are the phenomenon of ‘anti-offering' appears.The former formed a layered ?-typed structure and the latter formed a layered S-typed structure.Although 2.1.3,2.1.4,and 2.1.5 are built by the similar host molecules,different stacking modes have exhibited due to the different functional groups of end group of host molecules.In 2.1.3,it is the double hydrogen bond layers inclusion compound contained in the double guest molecules.In 2.1.4 and 2.1.5,there are a single hydrogen bond layer inclusion compound with sandwich-like.In 2.1.5,it is an inclusion compound of tubular structure.The results have demonstrated that the addition of an auxiliary small molecule promotes the hydrogen bond accumulation pattern and shows the more abundant and diversified connection form of the host molecules.In the two adducts of 2.2.1 and 2.2.2,the guanylthiourea itself has multiple hydrogen bond sites.It can be used both as a proton donor and as a proton acceptor.A large number of hydrogen bonds are formed in the form of N-H···O between guanylthiourea and adipic acid,guanylthiourea and 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid.Thus these two adducts have showed different topological structures.The former is a ?-shaped structure and the latter is a ?-shaped structure.Through the above crystal structure and its hydrogen bond accumulation mode are studied,it is helpful to further explore the weak interaction between molecules,and help to better select and design more reasonable and more valuable supermolecules.It is also will provides experimental basis and theoretical basis for the design of certain drugs and solid materials.
