Solar heat storage performance refers of textile to the property of fiber materials to absorb light in the environment and convert light energy into heat energy so as to increase the temperature of textiles.Optical heat storage textiles can absorb visible light and near infrared rays in solar radiation.Due to the increasing application of light-retentive textiles and the increasing application of heatretaining textiles,research on heat-retaining textiles has become more and more in-depth.However,there is no relevant standard for heat-retaining textiles at home and abroad,so it is difficult to use uniform ones.To compare the heat storage performance of regenerative textiles with indicators,a new national standard for heat-retaining textiles has become very important.Based on this,the research on the test system for textile solar heat storage performance in this project is to develop a textile solar heat storage performance test system and establish a unified standard method to detect the heat storage performance of fabrics.The main research topics of this topic include:(1)Textile solar energy storage performance test system design,processing and assembly;simulation of sunlight through xenon lamps,and install different types of filters,to obtain different wavelengths of the spectral range,to explore the different types of wavelengths of light on the heat storage properties of fabrics influences;(2)The key parameters of the solar thermal storage performance test system were tested and analyzed for the effect of thermal storage performance of textiles,and a draft national standard method for solar thermal storage performance was formulated accordingly;(3)Based on the established method for solar thermal storage properties of textiles,the effects of different proportions of zirconium carbide addition on the thermal storage properties of fabrics were studied and the optimum ratio was determined.Subjective tests were also performed on the quality of textile solar heat storage and the textiles were compared.The subjective test of solar thermal storage performance and the characterization of objective test results.Achievements and conclusions:(1).Developed a new system for testing the solar thermal storage performance of fabrics;and drafted a national standard for textile solar thermal storage performance testing methods,determining the test distance,sample size,test time,indicators and illumination and so on.(2).The sunlight is a mixture of visible light,infrared light,ultraviolet light,and the heat thereof includes a mixed heat generation effect of infrared light and visible light.Although the infrared light heat effect is higher than the visible light heat effect,both infrared light and visible light can make the sample hot.Therefore,using mixed light for testing is more reasonable.(3).Through the test of solar heat storage performance of textiles,the test results have good stability and repeatability.Within a certain range,as the irradiance of the xenon lamp increases,the temperature rise of the fabric also becomes larger,and the treated functional thermal storage fabric has a higher test index than the untreated fabric.(4).According to the standard method for solar heat storage of textiles,the effect of different specific gravity of zirconium carbide on the heat storage performance of the fabric was examined and analyzed.When the specific weight was about 5%,the fabric had the highest temperature rise value,and the heat storage performance was the best;Objectively comparative analysis of fabric heat storage performance,the consistency of the two is better.
