China is the world's largest food production in the country, grain production increased year by year, the number of straw is also increasing. As the number of straw is large, and not easily decomposed, most rural areas using a burning method to deal with straw, which easily lead to security risks, resulting in a lot of waste of resources, and the environment caused great pollution.Straw contains a lot of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and organic matter, can be used as a new type of renewable energy to be developed to alleviate the current human energy crisis. In this paper, the degradation performance of rice straw and the degradation performance of diuron in decay process were discussed.Mainly composed of the following three parts.Part 1,residual analysis of diuron in rice straw and soil. The effects of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the microstructure and properties of rice straw were studied by using nylon straw method and rice straw as the material. The effects of different temperature,time,soil-water ratio and different amount of rotting agent were studied.Release rate, summed up the best conditions for decomposition of straw. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the decomposition of straw were as follows: the temperature was 30 ?,the ratio of soil to water was 3: 1,and the amount of rotting agent was 0.5g.The second part, diuron in the straw, soil degradation. The conditions affecting the degradation rate of diuron and its effects were analyzed by measuring the residual amount of diuron in the environmental samples. The results showed that the degradation rate of diquat could increase the degradation rate of diuron in the soil.At 20 ~ 40 ?,the degradation rate of diuron in the process of rice straw decay increased with the increase of temperature And the maximum degradation rate of diuron was 7 when pH was 7.The addition of urea had a good effect on the degradation rate of diuron in the process of coprecipitation of rice straw under suitable conditions. The suitable dosage was the quality of straw Of the addition of the amount of diclofen in the case of higher doses of the recovery efficiency will be gradually reduced, may be due to soil and extractant to the prednisone in advance to achieve the balance of extraction reasons. The third part, diuron in the soil adsorption behavior.Diuron Residue in different decay conditions were determinated by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The results showed that the half-life of diuron was 6.373 d in decomposed rice straw, the half-life of diuron was 10.345 d in decaffled rice straw, and the degradation half-life of diuron in soil was 20.387 d.Rice straw decay is more conducive to the degradation of diclofenac, the soil in the riparalon compared to rice straw for longer.
